Temper Temper
Never apologize for what you feel. It's like saying sorry for being real. The trick is in knowing when to say what. We all feel the need to vent at some point but one has to be mindful of where this is done. Sometimes one may have ill feelings about someone at work or school and would really love to say what's burdening his/her mind but the setting is not ideal. It would be more appropriate to approach the individual outside that specific environment. One should also try to control emotions as a point can be brought across without you appearing obnoxious and feisty. You should never have to put up a facade around people. You can be yourself without being vulgar and repulsive. Easy does it...
